Fly fishing at the Rio Baker
The Green Baker Lodge is located 3 km south of the small fishing village called Puerto Bertrand, right on the banks of the Río Baker, which is known for its turquoise-blue color. It is the only lodge at this first-class river and has seven fully equipped cabañas that guarantee a pleasant stay with excellent terraces and cozy rooms.

The fly fishing season starts at the beginning of October and ends at the end of May.

OVERVIEW
Green Baker Lodge is located 3km south of the small fishing village of Puerto Bertrand, directly on the shore of the Río Baker, known for its turquoise-blue colour. It is the only lodge on this prime stretch of water for rainbow and brown trout and has seven fully equipped cabañas with spacious terraces and comfortable rooms to guarantee a pleasant stay.
The drive from Balmaceda airport to the lodge takes 4.5 hours, but leads through a landscape characterised by ancient southern beech forests and the Cerro Castillo National Park, which is already worth the trip. Of course, we will arrange for you to be picked up at the airport and brought back.
